At The Shag Store, we want you to love your new home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
